Avon, Connecticut- US Para-Equestrian athlete Annie Peavy has announced plans to show in Europe this summer with her 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games partner, the nine year old Trakehner gelding Ozzy Cooper (Hibiskus x Okka – Arrak), and her 12 year old Hanoverian gelding Lancelot Warrior (Londonderry x Waroness – Warkant).  Peavy will be based in Germany at Gestut Kaiserhof and compete at shows in France and Germany.  The horses are en route to Germany via Amsterdam to their summer camp this week.

The first competition will be Mulhouse CPEDI3*, France on June 18-21, followed by Uberherrn CPEDI3*, Germany July 3-5th. Peavy will be accompanied by two other US Para-Equestrians; her WEG team-mate Becca Hart, who partners Schroeters Romani, and Deborah Stanitski who will ride Biara G.

“I am excited to train and compete in Europe this summer.  I learn something new every time I go down the centerline with each of my horses, and that is truly what dressage is all about.  I am also fortunate to be traveling with Becca and Debbie who share a passion for horses and know how to have fun,” said Peavy. Peavy graduated High School this weekend from the Ethel Walker School.
