Friends: I’m very excited to share that I have been selected for the US Equestrian Team! I will be one of three athletes representing our Country at the World Championship for Pair Horse Driving in Lipica, Slovenia, later this month.

At 69, I think this is the first time I have ever referred to myself as an athlete. I haven’t written of it here but this has been my personal goal for the past eight years and it has been a rough road. I’ve had unbelievable support from my family and could never have made it this far without the help and dedication of a great team. I extend my heart felt gratitude for all their help and expertise. It hasn’t been easy for them and they have endured extended time away from home and family.
