U.S. Grand Prix rider Janne Rumbough had to say goodbye to her international Grand Prix stallion Armas Zumbel.

The horse was put to sleep on 27 December 2019 as he suffered from severe melanoma.

“My beautiful Armas Zumbel and “soulmate “ passed on the rainbow yesterday, he had bad melanomas,” his owner Rumbough took to Facebook. “I was the most fortunate person to have had him in my life , Thank You Zum Zum.”

Armas Zumbel was a 16-year old PRE stallion by Escarzo out of Delicia VI (by Relampago II).
