Yvonne Losos de Muñiz

Competitor, Trainer and Teacher

Although a successful international competitor and trainer of horses, Yvonne also takes great pride in her skills as a teacher. Aside from her riding and training, she is also busy teaching students and giving clinics. Among her successful students were two who joined her on the fourth ranked Dominican Republic 2003 Pan American team - George Fernandez and Diana Ramos de de León, with Fernández finishing in the top ten individually.

Yvonne has also sought to give back to dressage by helping with the training and funding of the dressage teams that represent the Dominican Republic in international competition, including the 2002 Central American Games and the 2003 Pan American Games teams, where three of the four riders from the Dominican team were also from her stables. She now continues to work intensively with several other talented Dominican young riders while she is at home.
