To oversee any profits from the show the Not for Profit, Dressage4Kids, Inc. was started. Any competitor winner or last place may apply for scholarships for equestrian education. Dressage4Kids also runs a February weekend program of lectures, an annual FEI Pony Clinic with German Pony Chef d'Equipe Cornelia Enders, and weekly summer clinics for youth. In the last two years Lendon has overseen the development of two other programs that she dreamed of seeing happen for years. First is the USEF Dressage Seat Medal Classes. “Every other discipline has had classes where the riders seat and use of aids were most important rather than who was lucky enough to have the best quality horse. I felt our riders were not being encouraged to develop their riding properly from the beginning.” Second is the USDF Graduate Young Rider Program to assist successful Young Riders to become successful professionals and/or international riders. This program consists of a weekend of lectures and a mentoring program matching the graduates with some of the very best US professionals .
