2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Begins Advance Registration for Trade Show

The World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc. has announced the launch of an advance registration program for tradeshow spaces at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, scheduled to take place at the Kentucky Horse Park September 25 – October 10, 2010.

The advance registration program will begin in October, and will allow vendors to secure priority status for selecting a final exhibit location on the Kentucky Horse Park grounds once plans have been finalized. Approximately 400 vendors from around the world will offer a variety of products, services, and information to more than 600,000 attendees.

Prospective vendors wanting to ensure they are included in the initial distribution of information should send their contact information to tradeshow@feigames2010.org. Total booth costs and subsequent details will be released on the launch date, and more information will be available on the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Website.

“We have experienced a very high level of demand for tradeshow information, which gave rise to this program,” stated Foundation CEO Jack Kelly. “We continue to be very pleased at the interest in the event, and this program will allow us to meet the needs of participants.”

The World Games Foundation, Inc. is the organization responsible for planning, staging, and conducting the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, to be held September 25-October 10, 2010, at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. The event, which is held every four years, will host the crowning of world champions of the eight equestrian disciplines recognized by the International Equestrian Foundation (FEI). The Games have never before been held outside of Europe; nor have all eight disciplines ever previously been held together at a single site—both firsts that will be achieved at the Kentucky Horse Park. The 2010 Games are expected to have a statewide economic impact of $150 million. It is anticipated that more than 600,000 spectators will attend the 16-day competition.
