2003 North American Young Riders Championships Ontario Young Rider Keean White Wins Silver in Show Jumping With two consecutive clear rounds today, Keean White easily won the silver medal in the individual Championships show jumping competition at the 2003 F.E.I. North American Young Riders' Championships (NAYRC), in Bromont, QC. After five rounds of competition over three days, White of Cambridge, ON, finished with only 5.37 faults aboard Libidou. "I gave it all I could," said White. "Libidou jumped super all week and we just could not catch Georgina Bloomberg for the gold medal." Bloomberg of USA-Zone 2, riding Riviera, finished the three days of competition only slightly ahead of White with 3.03 faults for the gold. Jessica Sivda, also of Zone 2, earned the bronze medal with a total of 20.00 faults aboard Camerino. Elliot Stone of Midland, ON, finished in fifth, riding Freestyle, with 26.62 faults, and Vanessa Paschini of Boisbriand, QC, aboard Safari, placed seventh with 31.62 faults.
