Dressage Gala in the cool evening hours
Helgstrand and Husenbeth on the top

In spite of the cold and rainy weather, there were plenty of spectators at the evening dressage gala in the Deutsche Bank stadium.

In the Grand Prix Spécial of the CDI Tour, the Danish rider, Andreas Helgstrand, rode to victory on his young nine-year-old Danish grey mare, Matine by Blue Hors Silver Moon. The professional rider employed by the Blue Hors Stud achieved a score of 72,84 percent. The British rider, Laura Bechtolsheimer, took second place with the Danish-bred gelding, Mistral Hojris (70.88).

Klaus Husenbeth won the Grand Prix Freestyle with the 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding, Piccolino by Prince Thatch, (76.875 percent) ahead of Hubertus Schmidt with the Westphalian Florestan son, Forest Gump (75.5).
