The management of the Kasteel TerWorm is looking forward to greeting their American guests, and assures you of having a royal time for a royal event. 50% of your invoiced amount will be due May 2005, but you must let them know of your intent by contacting them with the reservation code and the room you wish to reserve.

• This reservation is booked in option till December 1, 2004.
• After confirmation the hotel will send you an invoice by fax of 50% of the expected total amount which will be paid within three months before arrival, by May 2005
• The rest will be paid by credit-card on Tuesday 23 August 2005 (check-in).
