It's A Wrap for Pamela Polk on Thursday at WEF
The judge, Cindy Lytle-Smiley from Adamstown, Md., gave the blue ribbon to It's A Wrap ridden by Pamela Polk from Long Island, N.Y. in the over fences class. "This was a fun class to judge because there were a lot of nice promising young horses that are very athletic," said Smiley. "I felt that It's A Wrap held his form the best over most of the course." The Grand Champion ribbon was awarded to Steal The Magic, a 5-year-old bay Holsteiner, ridden and owned by Jenny Fischer from Montgomery, N.Y. Jenny bred and raised Steal The Magic, who is out of the stallion Magical. She does a lot of riding for Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Caristo to which she gives much credit. "This horse is the nicest horse I have in the barn," she said. "He has progressed so much, he is just fabulous." Reserve Champion ribbon was awarded to It's A Wrap.
