DeRosaDaily - Looking Forward to the Journey Ahead

I’m not the only one journeying to Kuala Lumpur. Our qualified riders include Margie Engle on Hidden Creeks’ Alibi, Kent Farrington riding Madison, Rich Fellers aboard McGuinness, Alison Firestone and Secret Love, Joe Gatlin and Suncal’s King, Laura Kraut with Anthem, Beezie Madden negotiating Judgement, Richard Spooner and Camaron Hills Shanroe and George Morris as the Show Jumping Chef d’Equipe while Sally Ike will be there as Managing Director of the Show Jumping Sport Programs.

Well, I know I’m going to Kuala Lumpur to watch the horses and they’ll be plenty of horse talk ahead, but for now I’m looking forward to a new adventure, a new land and a new opportunity to bring all the “news” to my readers. I won’t be heading home until May 4th, which means I’ll have a few days after the World Cup to wander and learn. And so for now I’m looking forward to “Selamat Datang!” which when translated into English means a Malaysian warm welcome…and they mean that in more ways than one because in Malaysia the sun is almost always shining.
