The Bearnice Barbour Foundation and Budweiser Present "Meet the Veterinary Experts"

Wellington, FL - February 6, 2003 - For those of you who will be in the Wellington area on February 25th, this event is a must to attend! Budweiser and The Bearnice Barbour Foundation are bringing six of the brightest stars in veterinary research to the showgrounds. Keynote speakers and their topics are listed below. What a great opportunity to gain knowledge from some of the brightest doctors in the field of verterinary medicine-at no cost!

The event takes place in the Jockey Club tent and begins at 1:00 PM. "The Bernice Barbour Foundation funds research projects at many of the schools represented, but the speakers all donate their time to come," says Eve Lloyd Thompson, one of the Trustees of the Foundation. "We also invite the development directors from each vet school represented, and give them tiny exhibit space for display to encourage our audience to fund equine research. The "Bud Bash" after the talks is an opportunity for attendees to talk directly with the experts, while sipping Budweiser beverages."

The Bernice Barbour Foundation, a private tax exempt foundation, was established in 1986 by the late Bernice Wall Barbour,a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Through her entire life, she devoted much of her thought, energy and resources toward making the lives of animals happier and healthier. For more information on the foundation, we encourage you to visit their website at www.BerniceBarbour.org.
