September 9, 2002-Armonk, NY-2000 Olympian, Nona Garson bested a field of thirty seven entries aboard her famous Russian bred horse, Rhythmical to take home the blue ribbon in the $50,000 Fidelity Investments Jumper Classic AGA Grand Prix.

The Richard Jeffery designed course brought eight riders back for the jump-off at this large spectator based event. Although six horse/rider combinations out of the eight who returned jumped clean rounds, there was not a pair that was able to catch Garson's winning time of 38.635 seconds.

With a crowd of approximately 5,000 spectators, Garson and Rhythmical had a huge fan base cheering them on. "Rhythmical seems to rise to the occasion when there is a big crowd. He knows when he needs to turn things on and always loves a big crowd rooting for him. I love this show. They do a spectacular job promoting the show and always get a big turnout. It is truly an exhibitor friendly show," said Garson.
