After receiving sponsorship from the Janet S. Schneider Trust in 2002, Haddad trains her top horses under the supervision of Rudolf Zeilinger, former coach of the 1996 Olympian, Michelle Gibson. Zeilinger is a protégé of the late Willi Schultheis. Haddad contributes her advanced technical knowledge of dressage to the systematic training she has received in the Schultheis School over a period of 14 years. She has also earned a B.A. in International Relations with Honors from the James Madison College at Michigan State University and a B.H.S.A.I. certificate of teaching from the British Horse Society in Great Britain.
