Freedom Farm Hosts Gateway to the World Winter Clinic Series

Freedom Farm will hold one of the area's most exciting and innovative winter clinic series. A compendium of leading experts from around the world will travel to the United States to be part of this exclusive and unique four-part clinic series running from February to March. The series will provide opportunities for in-depth attention to all areas of interest to the dressage and eventing/combined training enthusiast.

Participants will enjoy a complimentary Post-Clinic Equine Massage for each of their horses. Concluding the series, Eurobred will host a German Breeding and Importing presentation during their Post-Clinic wine and cheese reception, open to all.

Auditors are welcome and encouraged to attend, for a fee of $25 per person; group rates are available. Fees for clinic participants are per session and are detailed as follows, with a special rate for those interested in attending the full four-part clinic series:

•  February 28 th : “ Solving Training Problems with the Classical French Approach”

Elaine M. Cury , Certified Instructor of the National Riding School of France, spent 9 years in France specializing in dressage, and was the Dressage Coach for the Spanish International Eventing Team. Instruction will be geared to the Beginner through Prix St. George Levels. Cost is $80/participant.

•  March 6th and 7 th : “ Perfecting Your Musical Freestyle”

Marc Silvestri , Trainer at La Chevalerie, the Equestrian Center of Brussels and Organizer of the Musical Horse Shows in Brussels, is the current Trainer of the Sultanate of Oman's Royal Cavalry. Marc's instruction is a stylish blend of both technical and artistic approaches. Instruction will be geared to First Level through Grand Prix. Cost is $100/participant.

•  March 20th and 21 st : “Setting and Achieving Your Eventing Goals”

Imtiaz Anees , Sydney Olympian , International Event Rider, and winner of the numerous 3-star events, including the Kentucky Champagne Run 3-day. Sessions will encompass grid work and simulating cross country jumps (bounces, arrowheads, corners and narrow jumps). Riders will be grouped according to experience and skill level. Cost is $90/participant.

•  March 26th and 27 th : “Classical German Riding Technique”

Ralf Leufen , German FN certified Professional Trainer and Coach, has spent 30 years as a Dressage Trainer, Rider and International Competitor in Europe and North America at the highest levels. World-acclaimed classical German training methods will be used to help riders understand, strengthen, improve and refine the critical basic skills that enable continued progress. Beginner through Grand Prix. Cost is $125/participant.
