The USET's Six Exciting Equestrian Disciplines: Reining

reiningReining, USET's first western riding discipline, challenges contestants to run one of several patterns made up of small slow circles, large fast circles, flying lead changes, roll backs over the hocks, 360 degree spins done in place, and the exciting sliding stops that are the hallmark of the reining horse.

Shown here: NRHA Hall of Famer, Bill Horn, and his million dollar winning stallion, Trashadeous.
