Reined Cow Horse Association To Conduct Judges Seminars
January 13, 2004 - National Reined Cow Horse Association Director of Judges Bill Enk has announced the 2004 schedule of Judges Clinics. According to Enk, Judging Clinics and Seminars will be held at Bozeman, Montana January 17-18; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma January 28-29; Boise, Idaho April 20-21 and Paso Robles, California April 2-3. "Our Judging Seminar Program is available to keep our current Judges updated, to give interested people the chance to take the Judges test and become approved judges, and to educate people that are interested in bettering their knowledge of our sport," explained Enk.
