Question – I signed up and paid the fee to view images at phelpsphotos.com. When will my photos be ready?

We know how excited you are to see your photos. We have plenty of great ones to show you. We took lots of photos, over 20,000 images. We shot from 7am to 10 pm daily, and that was the easy part! They have all been organized, and now we have begun the huge job of getting them on-line.

We have a staff at our Florida orders working daily (during the work week) to fulfill all the requests within the next 3 weeks. Each folder/class takes approximately ½ hour to prepare and upload. This is the largest event of the year we manage, and we are dedicated to serving you as quickly as is humanly possible.

When we have uploaded your images, we then register you as a user, and send you a user name and password via e-mail.

You will not be charged (or your check will not be deposited) until this step is complete.
