Event Information

All cash proceeds of the event will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Florida. All toys collected will be donated to the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots Program.

A complimentary continental breakfast and a lunch buffet will be available to all participants and auditors. Multi-disciplinary demonstrations will take place at the mid-day break. Currently, demonstrations of carriage driving, reining and vaulting are being planned.

Twelve Oaks is located on the west side of Route 441 approximately 1 mile south of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, FL. You may travel on Route 441, or, exit either the Turnpike or 95 at Atlantic Avenue, go west to Route 441, and turn left (south). Follow signs to trailer and car parking. Grooms will remain with your horse or trailer and provide their own refreshments.

Overnight stabling will be available at Sunshine Meadows Equestrian Village, approximately 1/2 mile south of 12 Oaks on Route 441.
