2006 Ocala Winter II Horse Trials at the Florida Horse Park

It was a first, and not in just one way.
For the first time, the Florida Horse Park offered Intermediate/Prelim Level at an event.
For the first time, Fanny Lee decided to incorporate events at the Florida Horse Park into her winter training schedule.
For the first time, Fanny Lee swept all Intermediate/Prelim divisions offered at an event.

Aboard Hadley Harbour, Lee captured the blue in the Intermediate/Prelim-A and aboard Paddy The Pooh snagged the win in Intermediate/Prelim-B, both divisions offered at the Ocala Winter II Horse Trials, Feb. 17-19.

While winning an event is not uncommon for Lee, sweeping the entire level was a first. “Winning on both of my horses is definitely not normal,” laughed Lee in appreciation. “It was a very nice surprise.”

At the event held at the Florida Horse Park in January, she left with a blue and a red at the Open Prelim Level. Paddy The Pooh’s performance missed the blue by 1.1 points behind Sara Dierks on The Middle Man (35.1). At the February event, she scored at 31.4 for her win on Paddy The Pooh and a 43 with Hadley Harbour.
