Rocking Horse Horse Trials 2004

Rocking Horse Farm in Altoona, FL was a hive of activity from February 6-8, 2004, with 429 entries in their first Horse Trials of the season. Activity resumes at Rocking Horse on February 24th with a one day Intermediate and Advanced horse trials and again on the weekend of February 28th, when all of the event’s sponsors, including Phelps Hathaway, Inc., producers of HorsesDaily.com, will be in attendance.

“I am especially fond of Rocking Horse Stables and this event, as it is where I got my start as an event photographer 24 years ago.” said Mary Phelps. “Later I lived here above the barn, and have many fond memories of life in Altoona. As a result of our association with Markel, we are now in a position to give back, and Rocking Horse was one of my first choices when planning our 2004 budget.”
