News, Derek Digrazia Named Fair Hill International Course Designer

Fair Hill, MD-November 23, 1998-The Fair Hill has
appointed Derek DiGrazia as its new course designer for the
1999 Fair Hill International CCI***. DiGrazia succeeds Michael
Tucker of Great Britain who is moving onto new challenges
after ten years as CCI course designer at Fair Hill.
DiGrazia,
of Pebble Beach, CA, was the 1991 United States Equestrian
Team (USET) Three-Day Event Fall Championship winner at the
Fair Hill International.
DiGrazia
was also a member of the USET squad at the 1986 Three-Day
Event World Championships in Gawler, Australia. DiGrazia has
been course designer at the Essex Horse Trials CCI**. DiGrazia
is married to Bea Perkins DiGrazia, daughter of legendary
horseman Read Perkins. Both continue to be active competitors
in eventing and horse trials throughout the U.S.

weekend of premier equestrian activities. The Fair Hill International
hosts the USET Three-Day Event Fall Championship CCI***, the
USET Four-in-Hand Driving Championship, the American Horse
Shows Association (AHSA) Singles Driving Championship, the
Fair Hill Pair Horse Classic, and the final leg of the Jaguar
Triple Crown of Combined Driving.
