Tami Crawford
For Tami Fleming Crawford and her longtime partner Dakota her return to the Olympic Selection Trials in 2004 is nothing short of a miracle. After they competed among the top twelve in the 2000 Olympic Selection Trials, in Florida , Dakota was sidelined with a mysterious injury. But the handsome chestnut gelding by Donnerhall bounced placing fifth the 2002 World Cup Trials in Los Angeles . During the 2004 Dressage in Florida season the duo continued to gain in strength and results as the season progressed. The 14-year-old gelding by Donnerhall has been Tami's horse since he was a four-year-old, and like his stable mate Markant, Crawford has trained both her horses to Grand Prix competing successfully, in spite of raising a family and running a busy training and lesson operation at her farm in College Grove , Tennessee. |
