2005 Dressage at Devon Leah Wilson Dominates in the Young Rider Team Test
Second place went to Emma Gaskell of New York and her 18-year-old KWPN gelding, Figaro (x Ramiro Z) earning a 60.889%. Third place for the class went to Leah Wilson on her second horse, Dostoevsky, an 11-year-old dark bay Russian Warm blood of unknown lineage. The second through sixth placing were all very close, the second place spot earning a 60.889% and the sixth place spot earning a 59.185%. Nine riders took part in the class, including six riders who competed in the 2005 NAYRC, held in Lexington, Virginia. Two nations were represented in this CDI class, Canada and the USA. Saturday will host the Young Rider Individual Test in the Gold Ring and will return to the Dixon Oval on Sunday afternoon for the Freestyle. By Stacy Gormley |
