2002 International Breeders Conference February 3, 2002 The 2002 International Breeders Conference will be held on 30 March 2002 in the Morningside Stud in Negagh (IRL). The keynote speaker will be the President of the World Breeding Federation (WBFSH) Jan Pedersen. This annual conference, organised for the second time, brings breeders of competition horses together with European studbook officials, international riders, breeders and veterinarians.
