Soulman is a 3-year-old gelding by Soprano out of a Boy-Oh-Boy mare whose full sister, Flamboyant, won the 2008 Silver Stirrup Grand Champion Upper Level Eventing Award and is now competing in the upper levels in Dressage.
Boy-Oh-Boy was the top Grand Prix Dressage stallion in the USA in 1996. He won the 3-Year Old Under Saddle class at Dressage at Devon. His Dam was Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion Mare at Dressage at Devon.
Soprano (by Sandro Hit) has had three offspring qualify and compete for Denmark at the World Championships for Young Horses. He produced the highest scoring mare at the World Championships in 2010. This year, Soprano has one offspring in Denmark who has made it to the qualifying finals for the 2012 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. He also has a young offspring who went to the Swedish National Championships. Currently, Soprano has four offspring competing and placing in the upper levels in Europe.
Soulman is incredibly balanced, has a super disposition, and a great willingness to work and please. He has the talent to make it to Grand Prix. Soulman has been under saddle now for one month and has just begun to canter (video will be updated soon). Should mature to 16.3 h.
