St.Pr.A. Ravanti C is a truly beautiful mare sired by the legendary stallion Rubinstein out of a State Premium mare by Depardieu (De Niro) (damline of approved stallions Dacaprio, Delaurentis and Donario)! This young lady is among the youngest and last remaining direct descendants from one of the most successful dressage stallions in the world! Rubinstein had 40 wins at Grand Prix level, was a member of the 1996 Olympic team, sired 89 state premium mares and 66 approved stallions. He was the sire of many top auction horses and Grand Prix winners. Former federal trainer of the German dressage elite, Johann Kinnemann, said of him, ". . when we consider a stallion of the century, we refer to Rubinstein." Rubinstein I passed away in 2000.
Ravanti is a fancy, expressive mover with an active hind leg which she easily places underneath her when asked to collect. She is soft and easy to sit and very light on the aids. Lateral work comes easily to her. She is solid at 3rd level training, including flying changes. She shows successfully, winning her classes with scores of up to 8 for gaits in both Germany and the Netherlands. She won several young horse competitions in Germany with scores of 7,9 and above. Most recently she was named overall provincial champion at the M1 level in Volkel, the Netherlands, qualifying her for the regional championships.
Ravanti became state premium mare candidate at the Hanoverian mare inspection in 2013, with several 8s including for type/femininity and her gorgeous head. She also did extremely well at her mare performance test with an overall 8 for her gaits including 8.5 for her walk and 8 for her trot. She received the phenomenal score of 9 for her dressage ability with 9.5 for rideability from the test rider!
She is super willing and a fast learner and she will go up the levels with ease. She is ready to impress with her looks and potential. This horse is for everybody alike. She is advanced for her age and very easy and safe, proving herself bombproof even during busy competitions. She remains focused on her rider and is very consistent. She would be a great addition to a show or breeding barn. She is a sweet horse and not marish. She gives 100% every day, loves to learn, and is wonderfully uncomplicated.
This talented young mare is the ideal partner for a junior-young rider or adult amateur. She also offers the ambitious breeder the opportunity to use the increasingly rare Rubinstein bloodline. Enjoy taking her out to competitions and breed her via embryo transfer to produce your own quality offspring!
