Looking for an FEI prospect? From four months of age, Dior CCF has been a star in the show ring. Dior was the 2011 USDF Horse of the Year for 2011 Fillies with a median score of 81.4% and USDF ALL Breeds ISR Oldenburg Champion. She was also 2011 Reserve Champion at the USDFBC East Coast Championships at Dressage at Devon. As a yearling, Dior was the 2012 ISR Oldenburg DSHB Reserve Champion and placed sixth for USDF Yearling Fillies. She has now started her under-saddle career and we are excited for her future in the big rings.
Her sire Donarweiss GGF (Deniro - Hohenstein) was champion of his 30 day stallion test with scores of 8.5 trot, 8 canter, 8.5 walk, 9/8 jumping, and a 9 for rideability. In his first season at FEI, Donarweiss was ranked first with the AHS All Breed Awards with a median score of over 68%. In 2011, he was winning at Grand Prix with a median score over 65% and is now winning at Grand Prix with a young rider.
Her dam, Akino, comes from a long line of exceptional breeding. Her sire Enrico Caruso (Mahagoni) sired 11 approved stallions, including Kostolany. He was the Reserve Champion of his Stallion Performance Testing and became a successful show horse, competing at S level in all disciplines. He is the grand-sire of Gribaldi and great grand-sire of World Champion Totalis. From the mare line, grand-dam sire Schönfeld is one of the all-time leading sires of hunters in the US.
