Tampa, FL - The 2010 Tampa Equestrian Festival, produced by Stadium Jumping, Inc., is pleased to announce that it is currently accepting applications for vendor space. The horse show is held at the he Bob Thomas Equestrian Center at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, FL, and attracts the world's best horses and riders to compete for top prizes. This three-week equestrian competition kicks-off on March 24, and will come to a close on April 10.
The Tampa Equestrian Festival will begin its three weeks of competition with the Suncoast Internationale, which will run from March 24-28. That will be followed by the Tampa Bay Classic on March 31- April 4, and the Tournament of Champions April 6 - 10.
Vendors must send in their completed application(s) for a concession space by March 5, 2010 in order to receive approval. Once the signed application has been reviewed, notification of acceptance will be mailed by means of a Lease Agreement, which must be signed and returned no later than March 12, 2010.
The following criteria will be followed for assigning spaces from applications received and approved: 1) the order in which the application is received; 2) the number of years vendor has exhibited; 3) the length of time and size requested; and 4) compatibility with other vendors in the same area. Vendors space preferences are weighed with the applicant's choice, but it must be recognized that there may be several applicants for the same exhibit space.
