Tap dancer Andre Lussier won the most recent round of AEGT auditions on Feb. 18. Because it was Lussier's first time out, he knew he needed to make a powerful impression on the crowd to best the rest of the night's talented competitors. Celebrity judges Carol Cohen, Katherine Bellissimo and Allyn Mann were full of praise after Lussier's show stopping performance.

"That was such a delightful change and really entertaining," Bellissimo said. "Your whole presence was great."

Lussier was competing for the sport of show jumping and trains with Canadian Olympic silver medalist Ian Millar during show season.

"I started tap dancing when I was 9, and I've done it for 15 years," Lussier said. "I have been doing festivals and competitions my whole life. I am really excited about this whole experience."

Lussier will compete alongside Ayden Uhlir, Ki-Juan Minors, Teaghan James, Taylor Hughes, Roberto Gallardo and Brian Lookabill in the March 15 Finale, where they will square off for a $5,000 prize sponsored by Robert Ross, P.A., Luxury Equestrian Realtor for Keller Williams.
