Congratulations to US rider Jason Canton of Santa Cruz, CA! His lovely 2008 Licensed German Oldenburg stallion Supremat OLD has claimed the High Score titles at a recent dressage show yet again. The glossy black stallion is sired by Sandro Hit out of Elite-St. Granada by Rubinstein I/Feingau. His successful dam Elite-St. Granada has also produced multiple States Premium and Verband's Premium daughters as well as two Advanced Level dressage horses, Don Rubino and Dieter 27. Supremat OLD was bred in Germany by Stall Troff and discovered by Jason at the 2011 Spring Elite Auction in Vechta. Supremat OLD then went on to become the 2011 Reserve Champion Three-Year-Old riding stallion at the Oldenburg State Championship at Rastede, with 8.5 and was selected to compete in the 2011 Bundeschampionate under rider Johannes Westendarp. There Supremat OLD again was second with 8.5 in the 3 year old riding stallion class.

Since importation Supremat OLD has enjoyed lots of success under Jason. Recently at the San Francisco California Dressage Annual Show June 7 to 8, Supremat OLD dominated all First Level classes with scores from 72.74% to an impressive 76%. “S” Judge Jan Curtis and “O” Judge Francis Verbeek both gave Supremat OLD “9's” for his trot and canter extensions. Supremat OLD received the Lt. Col Hans Moeller Perpetual Trophy for claiming the High Score at First Level. Also the Spring Down Farm Challenge Trophy for the Highest Score in the entire show! We look forward to much more success from this team in the future.
