The renowned KWPN stud farm Stoeterij 't Vierspan in The Netherlands is auctioning off its last horses on Tuesday May 10, 2005, before closing its doors for good. Twenty-three horses will be auctioned, including the world famous breeding stallion Junior STV (by Uniform). Most horses are STV home bred products. The auction collection has six 2-year olds, eleven 3-yeards, three 4-year olds, one 6-year and one 7-year old and the 14-year old licensed Grand Prix stallion Junior STV.
Stud farm 't Vierspan is auctioning all its horses because it has decided to stop its business after 26 years. In 2004, they already successfully sold 30 horses in auction, on May 10, 2005, they are letting go their last products. The youngsters descend from the best KWPN bloodlines and are sired by Polansky, Negro, OO Seven, Future, Gribaldi, Welt Hit II and Jazz. The dam lines are based on the STV lines with Uniform, Variant, Argus, Junior and Gregor as sires.
All horses have been vet checked and X-rayed and clients can review the vet reports at Stoeterij 't Vierspan. A vet will be present to assist you and answer your questions. All three-year olds have been green broken. The two-year olds will be presented in hand, the 3-year olds and older horses will be shown under saddle. In a special show during the auction, Junior STV will prove why he has been and still is a successful Grand Prix horse under three different riders (Anky van Grunsven, Anne van Olst and Hans Peter Minderhoud).
