Expected to compete are; Olympic Medalists McLain Ward, Beezie Madden, Chris Kappler, Norman Dello Joio, and Leslie Burr Howard in addition to Georgina Bloomberg.

The Old Salem Farm Foundation supports many charities through the Spring Horse Shows, such as Voss Foundation, Pegasus Therapeutic Riding, Just World International and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).

Voss Foundation will present a gallery exhibit of limited edition photographs by world-renown photographer Stuart Franklin which will be on display in the Main Barn throughout the horse shows. The photographs will be available for purchase through a silent auction, and all proceeds will help support Voss Foundation's 2011 initiatives.

JustWorld International Horseless will host a Horse Show on Saturday, May 14, following the completion of competition in Old Salem Farm's all-grass Grand Prix Field. JustWorld International is a not-for-profit, humanitarian organization working as a catalyst for positive change in the developing world by funding life-changing education programs for some of the world's most impoverished children. All proceeds raised from the JustWorld Horseless Horse Show at Old Salem Farm will benefit JustWorld International's projects in Brazil, Cambodia, Guatemala, and Honduras.

The ASPCA will hold an Animal Adoption day on May 14.The ASPCA's Mobile Adoption Van, full of loving dogs and cats available for adoption, will be on-site at the horse show on this day. Joe Pentangelo, Assistant Director of ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement who you may recognize from the hit show TV show ANIMAL PRECINCT on the Animal Planet Network and DaVinci, the ASPCA's Canine Anti-Cruelty Ambassador, will be on hand to talk about how you can help make the world a better place for animals.
