Nine U.S. Jumping Riders Head to the 2012 Rolex/FEI World Cup Final

Lexington, KY - The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) will be well represented at the Rolex/FEI World Cup Final April 17-22 as nine American show jumpers will head to 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands for the 2012 Final.  After 30 World Cup Qualifying Events throughout the 2011-2012 season the following riders have qualified in this order in their respective Leagues:


Margie Engle (Wellington, FL) will ride Gladewinds, Griese, Garber, and Hidden Creek Farm's Indigo
Indigo is a 12-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding

Michelle Spadone (Kennett Square, PA) will ride Almi Venture's Uitteraard and Morgan Hill Partners' Uwwalon
Uitteraard is an 11-year-old KWPN gelding
Uwwalon is an 11-year-old KWPN gelding

Kirsten Coe (Johnston, SC) will ride Ilan Ferder's and her own Baronez and Combina
Baronez is an 11-year-old Warmblood mare
Combina is an 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood stallion

Kent Farrington (Wellington, FL) will ride RCG Farm's Uceko
Uceko is an 11-year-old KWPN gelding

Beezie Madden (Cazenovia, NY) will ride Abigail Wexner's Cortes 'C'
Cortes 'C' is a 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding

Charlie Jayne (Elgin, IL) will ride The London Group's Athena and Pony Lane Farm's Uraya
Athena is a 12-year-old Belgian mare
Uraya is an 11-year-old KWPN mare


Richard Spooner (Agua Dulce, CA) will ride Show Jumping Syndication International's Cristallo; Cristallo is a 14-year-old Holsteiner gelding

Rich Fellers (Sherwood, OR) will ride Harry and Mollie Chapman's Flexible; Flexible is a 16-year-old Irish Sport Horse stallion

Francie Steinwedell-Carvin (La Canada, CA) will ride Prentis Partners' Taunus; Taunus is a 12-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding
