The National Horse Show Moving to the Attech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park this November


The National Horse Show, which started in 1883 at Madison Square Garden appears to be moving to the $40 million indoor complex, the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park November 2011. While the final agreements and yet to be signed, the news broke Friday, January 15 on the Lexington news channels and in Kentucky.com. With the development of the Alltech Games to be held in October 13-23, the Kentucky Horse Park continues to thrive as the central location for the United States following the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. "Like the World Equestrian Games, the National Horse Show moving to the Horse Park is further reflection of the park's outstanding reputation and is further evidence that our city and state is truly regarded as the horse capital of the world," Nicholson said.
