1996 Olympic Dressage Team Bronze Medalist, Michelle Gibson is in Europe on a horse-hunting visit. She will be travelling through Germany and Holland returning May 11. Gibson is searching for an upper level horse for herself, and more talented young horses, like this Hanoverian gelding Wodehouse, owned by Brad Thatcher, shown here competing at The Heidleburg Dressage show this winter.
Since returning to the United States after living and training in Germany, Gibson has established herself as a talented trainer, teacher, and clinician. With an eye for quality horses, and the ability to bring them along to the upper levels, her 1996 Olympic debut was just the beginning of a successful career.
After her first winter in Florida, Gibson's training operation is back at Applewood Farm, Alpharetta, Georgia. She has a full clinic schedule in Virginia, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, but limits her time away from home to maintain a consistent training program.
