Kentucky’s First Lady Embarks on a Six State Tour to Promote the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games

Lexington, KY - The First Lady of Kentucky, Jane Beshear, is partnering with Alltech’s president and founder, Dr. Pearse Lyons, to travel the Commonwealth and states surrounding Kentucky to promote the largest sporting event to come to the United States since the 2002 Winter Olympics – the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™. In just over 100 days, the world’s finest athletes will gallop into the Bluegrass to compete in eight world championships over 16 days at the Kentucky Horse Park.  Global animal health company Alltech is the first-ever title sponsor of the World Equestrian Games.
