Jane Forbes Clark Resigns as USET President and CEO

Jane Forbes Clark has made the announcement that she will resign as the President and CEO of the United States Equestrian Team headquarted at Hamilton Farm in Gladstone, NJ. Mrs. Clark is a ardent supporter of US equestrian pursuits and says she will continue to give her financial support to the USET and US riders such as Catherine Bateson-Chandler, whom she sponsors in dressage. Clark does not want a conflict of interest or to put the USET in a difficult position since her decision to place her show jumpers in the hands of Great Britain's Ben Maher. Maher is a top UK rider and the possibility of Maher making a team for Great Britain with one of Clark's horses would put both parties in a potential conflict of interest. Clark is also a big supporter of US driver Chester Weber.
