HorseShow.com Returns as Presenting Sponsor of 45th Anniversary California Dressage Society Championship Show

The California Dressage Society (CDS) is pleased to announce the return of HorseShow.com, the innovative online horse show and clinic network, as Presenting Sponsor of this year's Annual CDS Championship Show, to be held October 4 - 7, 2012. As the culmination of CDS' year-long celebration of its 45th anniversary, these championships will be held at the beautiful Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC) in Burbank, CA and will run in conjunction with the Great American/USDF Region 7 Championships and Breeders Championships West Coast Series Final. Featuring almost $30,000 in prize money and awards as well as the popular CDS Young Horse Futurity (including the Cal-Bred Futurity), this competition not only showcases the best West Coast horses and riders but also offers one of the nation's most lucrative championship programs.

"We are thrilled to have HorseShow.com as a part of our anniversary celebration for CDS," said Glenda McElroy, Championship Show manager. "Riders throughout California look forward to these championships all year, and the support of sponsors like HorseShow.com helps make it possible for this competition to continue to be such a special event for our members. "

HorseShow.com's revolutionary online network offers a myriad of competitive and educational options for a wide variety of breeds and disciplines. Dressage enthusiasts can enjoy online dressage competitions with FEI judge Natalie Lamping, young horse evaluations with FEI judge Janet Foy, and a free test ride service for NAJYRC competitors - all of which utilize all-new voiceover commentary technology which allows participants to receive expert feedback and improve test scores for their next live competition. "We are pleased to be able to support these Championships both as a sponsor and as a provider of unique educational opportunities," said Gil Merrick, Chief Operating Officer of HorseShow.com. "We are excited to see the popularity of our online dressage events growing each month, and the educational tools that we provide make it possible for riders to improve between shows so they can put in their best possible performances at important events like the CDS Championships."
