German Isabell Werth and Australian Kristy Oatley Nist were the winners of the big tour at the CDI Wiesbaden in Germany. Werth dominated the Special tour, winning the GP with 77.667% and the Special with 76.640% aboard her Hanoverian gelding Satchmo (by Sao Paulo). Ellen Schulten Baumer won the Grand Prix for Kur with 72.042%, but retired in the Kur, giving Kristy Oatley Nist the victory. Aboard Quando Quando (by Quattro B), Nist scored 74.70%. The small tour classes were won by Helen Langehanenberg aboard the mare Responsible (by Rohdiamant). (See scores)
Big winners at 2007 European Youngster Classic-CDI-PJYR Bonn
The 2007 European Youngsters Classic, an international youth riders competition in Bonn, Germany, was dominated by pony rider Louise Luttgen on Dornik B, junior rider Jill de Ridder on FBW Disco Boy and Young Rider Tom Berg on Robin. Swedish and Danish Qualificants for the 2007 World Young Horse Championships
5-year old Impuls and 6-year old Hermes were the winners of the first Swedish selection trial for the 2007 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, in August. Held in Flyinge, Sweden, the trial was the first out of two for Swedish riders to qualify their horses for Verden. (See their scores)
The Danish Warmblood Society published the long list of Danish horses selected to get qualified for the 2007 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, in August. The list contains many new horses but also several routined combinations, such as Treldegaards Shantiana, who placed fourth at last year's championships, and Atterupsgaard Molberg.
