This upcoming Friday night the 16th of April, starting at 4PM, Equine Veterinary Care is hosting a combined “Open House” and a Fair Hill CIC **/*** Competitors Party in Elkton, MD. All are welcome to take the opportunity to get an up close and personal look at the hub of Equine Veterinary Care at Fair Hill… they hope to see you there!
Always “connected”, Equine Veterinary Care has a dynamic website, equinevetcare.com, an active Facebook page where you can become a “Fan” and a Twitter page where you can follow their “Tweets.” Established in 1993, Equine Veterinary Care is a referral soundness, digital imaging and sports medicine veterinary clinic based at the Fair Hill Training Center specializing in sport horse and racing performance issues.
With ambulatory, outpatient and inpatient care available, they offer state-of-the-art veterinary care including Stem Cell, Bone Marrow, PRP, shockwave, acupuncture, chiropractic therapies and much more. EVC also works closely with the nearby Fair Hill Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and the Fair Hill Equine Therapy Center providing consultation and treatments for both rehabilitation patients and actively competing horses.
Both practice owners, Dr. Kathleen Anderson and Dr. Charles Arensberg are FEI certified veterinarians who officiate and work at various events, shows and steeplechase races throughout the country while their new associate, Dr. Kate Papp competes in A/O jumpers throughout the winter in Florida and brings a fresh “well-horse” approach to the growing sport horse practice.
