Emily Wagner and Wake Up Shine in the Intermediare-I at the Paragon CDI***

Brian Hafner of California and Emily Wagner of Kansas traded places today in the Intermediare-I class in the Horseshow.com arena at the Paragon CDI*** in Estes Park, Colorado. Emily and her stallion Wake Up scored an impressive win with the two FEI 5* judges, Peter Holler from Germany and Cara Whitham from Canada scoring her over 70%. Her winning percentage was 69.789%. Brian and California Chablis were close behind with a 68.447%. Heather Oleson from Eagle, Idaho claimed third and fourth places with her own Victor 66.500% and Charismatique 64.579%.

The Grand Prix Special was won by Texan Whit Watkins and Oublette with a 65.417%. The gelding had an impressive trot tour and seem more settled in the Grand Stand Arena today.  Jenny Baldwin and Chrysler took the reserve ribbon.

This afternoon will be highlighted by the USEF Dressage Seat Medal  Equitation Finals for the 13 and under age group. The $2000.00 Freestyle Challenge starts today as does the $500 Sage Creek Team Challenge.
