Friday, June 20, 2008 | Mary Phelps

Without fanfare, Elizabeth Niemi has developed a world-class dressage training program with a handful of dedicated amateur riders who are committed to the sport of dressage and the equestrian community. Don’t let her prom-queen teen looks fool you; Elizabeth Niemi is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience. She is organized, focused, and dedicated to managing and training her sponsors’ horses, developing her amateur owners and riders, and competing at the highest level of the sport. In the summer and fall, Niemi Dressage is based at Trevor Davis’ beautiful Cogi Farm in Pawling, New York. She and her clients compete on the NEDA circuit and at the New York and New Jersey shows. Each winter the entire Niemi Dressage team migrates south and bases out of Steve and Carole Elliott’s idyllic Las Tres Palmas Farm in the Equestrian Club in Wellington, Florida. In Florida team Niemi takes full advantage of the winter dressage shows just minutes from the farm.Check out HorsesDaily’s Newest Member of our Who’s Who Community
