On Thursday March 3, at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby CDI-W/Y, DressageDaily’s 11th Annual Inspection Reception will kick off the weekend with the second annual fundraiser and Live Auction for the Equestrian Aid Foundation from 5:30-8 PM with food underwritten by the Van Kampen Boyer Molinari Foundation featuring Chef Frederic Boyer catering this event to the theme of 1,001 Nights. Master of Ceremonies announcer Brian O’Connor and auctioneer EAF co-founder Olympian Robert Dover will present a selection of amazing products and services provided by those in our industry, as well as a unique and exclusive collection of autographed celebrity items. Come to the IHS Beer Garden following the FEI Horse inspection and be prepared to bid high! Our organization is about “people helping horse people” and this year we need it more than ever. Let’s show the equine world what Dressage people can do for this organization.

This year’s fundraiser offers exciting products and services donated by members of our equestrian community, as well as the opportunity to bid on celebrity and sports memorabilia. There will be food and libation, generously underwritten by Van Kampen Boyer Molinari Foundation. Admission is free, but we will have the EAF piggy bank at the food line for donations. Even if you are not planning on bidding and just coming for the free food and fun, our EAF team will be on hand to recieve your 501c3 tax deductible donation. Large or small, we need you help this year more than ever! Let’s show EAF what the Dressage world can do when it comes to helping their own, and you are getting great stuff too!

We also have selection of signed celebrity and sports memorabilia featuring a signed photos, collages, and guitars by, Bruce Springsteen , Paul McCartney, The Rollling Stones, Justin Bieber and one of a kind sports collectables. Just in from the Super Bown a signed Aaron Rogers collage, the MVP of the Green Bay Packers.

I would like to thank all those in our community who came forward and said yes to working with our EAF/PB Derby fundraiser in 2011. To the donors of our bid items, thank you. We are all in this together, and your support of EAF is all about people helping horse people. And to our committee, Sheryl Kursar, Janise Gray, Robert Ross, and my ever supportive husband JJ.
