Dressage Judge Tina Drake

Just back from the AHSA 'S' Judge's training program held in California, Tina Drake put her increased knowledge and enthusiasm to work May 29th at The Gold Coast Grand Finale held at White Fences in Loxahatchee, Florida. We have since heard raves about the program from Charlotte Bredahl who also completed the grueling training and testing required to become a 'Senior' Dressage Judge.

When asked what the highlight of the week was for her Drake responded " The quality of horse and riders in California was a pleasure to watch at The Del Mar show where we practiced judged. We had a wonderful demonstration at Hilda Gurney's done by Jan Ebling who is a lovely rider."

A Florida resident, Drake added the participants will not know for a month or so if they passed the final written exam. Still more hours of apprentice judging are required for her to complete the long process. Closer to her goal than ever, with a Senior judge's status her schedule will be busier than ever.
