Wellington, FL – Caroline Roffman continues to enjoy a career full of achievements as a dressage rider and trainer. In 2014, Roffman earned numerous top scores in the Grand Prix on Her Highness O, a Hanoverian mare by Hohenstein out of Wild Lady O— and also rode the mare to the title of 2014 USDF Intermediare I Horse of the Year. In 2013, Roffman became the first United States rider in history to be invited to compete in the Under 25 Grand Prix division at Aachen, Germany— where she won the CDIO5* reserve championship on Al Guden’s KWPN gelding Sagacious HF (Welt Hit II / Cocktail). Throughout Roffman’s recent years as a top player of her sport, she has also been a Nations Cup Individual Bronze Medalist, a Nations Cup United States Team Gold Medalist, and earned the title of USEF National Intermediare 1 Champion. Now, Roffman can add another achievement to her list— Nutrena® has selected the champion equestrian to join the company’s team of sponsored riders.
“Nutrena® focuses on partnering with successful individuals in the equestrian world that are aligned with our values of integrity, commitment to serve, and passion for success— all which Caroline demonstrates,” explains Russell Mueller, Business Development Manager for Nutrena®.
The partnership between Roffman and Nutrena® is a perfect match, as Roffman needs a top-quality feed company that offers numerous options for horses of different ages, requirements, and jobs. Roffman is as successful at training and selling horses as she is at competing them, and her Lionshare Dressage facility in Wellington, Florida is always full of horses that are learning to perform at their highest potential.
“Nutrena® is the first choice of feed for my horses. Their products help my horses to perform at there very best each and every day,” says Roffman. “We currently feed Pro Force Fiber and Pro Force fuel.” Nutrena’s line of Pro Force premium horse feeds help horses build stamina, great body conditions, and endurance while reducing negative stress and impact from intensive exercise. Nutrena® provides nutritional feed for horses and many other animals, and offers carefully formulated feed choices for every situation— including options for new foals and aging horses.
“Nutrena® always makes sure to find the perfect balance of their foods for each horse’s specific needs,” Roffman comments. “Their selection of products is so extensive, you are sure to find what is right for your horse’s needs.” Nutrena® is dedicated to providing Roffman with what she, her horses, and all the horses she works with need to continue to perform at the top of their sport. “By supplying high quality, nutritionally focused products, our goal within Nutrena® Feeds is to make sure that Caroline and her horses perform to their utmost ability day in and day out,” adds Mueller.
Roffman is temporarily relocating to Kentucky, where she plans to stay through September. Once settled in the bluegrass state, Roffman will continue to operate her training, showing, and sales business Lionshare Dressage while allowing her horses and clients to benefit from everything Kentucky has to offer. “Nearly all of my clients are sending their horse to continue their training. We will show and enjoy the change of scenery, as well be beating the heat and Florida weather,” said Roffman. It looks to be a successful summer for the Grand Prix rider as she packs up her Nutrena® feeds and 25 horses to head north.
