Del Mar, CA - U.S. Dressage judges have the opportunity to expand their horizons and marketability by adding para judging to their resume under the expert guidance of FEI 5* judge Hanneke Gerritsen (NED). The three day course will be held during the 2012 Rancho Valencia Dressage Affaire CPEDI3* at the Del Mar Horse Park. The rapid growth and development of the U.S. Para Equestrian Association, the addition of the USEF Para Equestrian affiliate, plus the rising success of the U.S. Para Dressage team qualifying for the 2012 Paralympics in London and looking forward to the WEG 2014, Normandy, this is a vibrant aspect of dressage in America. What better place to be than Del Mar in March!

“Para Dressage is just beginning to catch the public's eye in he U..S. and gaining interest faster than anyone could have imagined,” notes “S” judge Kristi Wysocki who received her FEI3* license after completing the FEI course and exams in Mexico City last November. “It’s very rewarding to judge these riders who are all motivated, positive and excited to represent their respective countries. I’m impressed with the level of international caliber demonstrated. The Para program is exciting to become a part of and I look forward to helping the sport expand in the U.S.”
