2008 Olympic and 2010 WEG Games Announcer Brian O'Connor Gets Back to Theatrical Roots

Brian O'Connor, the 2008 Olympic and 2010 WEG Games announcer, is getting back to his theatrical roots duriing the off-season. Brian is making his debut as a director with the Providence Players, an award winning community theatre in the Washington, D.C. area. He is directing " It's a Wonderful Life - The Radio Play" - this lovely story is taken right from the movie and put in a 1940's sound studio, where the performers not only portray the characters of Bedford Falls, but also add their skill at providing many of the sound effects for the radio drama. Lots of fun and very heartwarming - the cast is super (kids included) and if you are in the D.C. area around the holidays, come and share the season with the Providence Players! Guaranteed to make you full of the holiday spirit! Before becoming a full time equestrian announcer, Brian acted in many theatres in the D.C. area and earned his acting degree from Catholic University. He has been seen in many regional plays, musicals, and many Christmas shows, including " A Christmas Carol "at historic Ford's Theatre.
